From early beginnings we knew marketing could be different. Having experienced a range of different agencies and in-house positions our digital gurus wanted to change things.

 

That’s why together we have developed our offering to be honest, fair, supportive and overall human.


Our commitment is to you and your business/organisation. Because of this, we always offer honest human-centred advice, because without people at the heart of what we do… well, marketing doesn’t work very well!

We also believe in giving back. Since 2017 we’ve donated 120 pro-bono hours per year to local charities, big and small. 

We call it our charity commitment.

Anaida is part of our UX/UI design team. Passionate about helping people and the world through great design, for her design is a blend of art and science, where creativity and technical knowledge come together to solve complex problems and make a positive impact on people’s lives.

Managing Director
Grant’s experience working with businesses such as; TUI travel, London Wasps rugby & Marks & Spencer, have provided him with a dream to build something that we all love creating a place where experts can thrive and clients can reach their potential.
Blanca
Digital Marketing Manager
As well as being a trained researcher, soap maker and qualified humanistic counsellor, Blanca brings over 16 years experience in digital marketing communications for B2B and B2C audiences. From aerospace to travel, Blanca has a natural talent at adapting her comms and digital expertise to different markets.

Developer
Jasons experience with design and web development is another fantastic addition to the pool of talent at Creative Blend that is ever at the service of our clients. Never shy to tackle a new challenge and passionate about WordPress.

Liam has been in SEO for over 6 years, with roles ranging in agency to freelance SEO consultancy. Liam has worked on large projects for companies such as Marks & Spencer all the way to helping small businesses.

Recently graduated with a degree in Web Technology, Dan creates accessible and responsive web pages to accommodate its users. Whether it’s creating websites from scratch or using WordPress, Dan is always looking to grow and improve himself.

Hannah has experience working in multiple digital marketing agencies, specialising in copy writing, content creation and marketing strategy. Hannah’s knowledge of the social media landscape and her Gen Z perspective brings a fresh approach to all things social.

Developer
Joe has over 10 years of experience working across various large-scale development updates. Typically, with a design and specification of requirements in hand, he will craft all aspects of a system, including database, infrastructure, code behind, client-side & styling. He has a real love for all code and is always looking for new ways to develop his understanding of process.
Natasha
Designer
Natasha is a multi-disciplinary, concept-driven designer. She has over 9 years experience encompassing freelance, agency, in-house and client-side roles within a diverse range of industries including events, lifestyle, leisure, luxury, travel, hair and beauty, non-profit, publishing and the arts.

We recently established a new firm of accountants in Brighton. Creative Blend helped and supported us through the whole process from Branding to Website.
