The Brief:
CNC Heating are a well established central heating company based in Kent who provide services across Kent, Sussex, Surrey and London.
When we met with the team at CNC Heating the current website was over 10 years old and required a lot of work. Starting with a fully responsive approach and allowing their internal team to manage site-wide content updates
The Approach:
The previous website didn’t have any current analytical data so our approach was clear; start with quick wins & work with user testing before tackling design/development. This coupled with a requirement list from the CNC team meant we were ready to begin!
As mentioned above a key element to this build was to allow the internal team to use their own website with quick content updates without too much work. For this reason the website was built with a WordPress backend which allows for nice simple updates.
After working through a few iterations of content and design, we were pleased with the end results as to were the CNC Heating team. Since launch we’re happy to say enquiries have increased and the mobile traffic has shown positive results.
