The Brief:

Disruptive HR are a leading Human Resources company who are looking to shake up the way traditional HR companies do business.

It was this type of thinking that made Disruptive HR a fantastic company to work with – they had big ideas and plenty of creative flair to guide how to do it.

The brief was simple – Build a website that showed flair, breaking away from their sector and giving off plenty of personality but all the while giving great guidance.

We have worked with Grant, Jason and Creative Blend for several years and are now a key part of the Disruptive HR Team! During this time we have enjoyed great communication with friendly advice, which was a key feature throughout the build of our websites and ongoing support, keeping us informed and helping us make key decisions at each stage.  We look forward to continuing our work with them on our new digital projects!

The Approach:

Our first step of the brief was to highlight the different variations of events, products & services taking into account the best/worst case scenarios of content. This then allowed us to consider every possible requirement of the new website across all breakpoints.

As with most projects we begun wireframing the new layouts, considering copy & imagery required as well as the important information for each event. The wireframes started with mobile layouts and worked forward to desktop with reviews through out with the Disruptive HR team.

Once wireframes were assessed & mocked up into full visuals a review was held with a conference call and notes being taken. After the meeting updates were made and the project was then signed off in development.

We’re happy to say since launch we’ve received some fantastic feedback and we look forward to the next project with the Disruptive HR team.
