The Brief:

After meeting with the Elleven Dental team in the summer it was clear this Harley Street dental practice had big ambitions for their digital marketing.

Known as one of the leading dentists in London specialising in Orthodontics, cosmetic dentistry and conventional dentistry they really do have it all in terms of service & excellence. So they were looking for the right agency to bring this same values to their communication channels.

On this occasion our goal along with our partners Search Seven was to publicise the upcoming the Elleven Dental annual Invisalign promotion!

The Approach:

As a new client our first step was to analyse the current position of customer database moving into the email marketing data. This stage is of vital importance before any new campaign or build, in order to optimise we must first understand the user.

After our analyse was complete, it was clear there were a few quick wins that could be made to all forms of the email marketing. Including clearer call-to-actions, improved layout & fixing two coding errors which caused problems with send. (For more ideas on newsletter quick wins it is worth reading our 3 simple steps guide).

Once our team were happy with the email updates it was now time to focus on the landing page design. Our aim here was to provide a clear path to request a call back or allow the user to call the great team at elleven.

During the promotion our team reviewed, optimised & iterated the landing page to maximise enquiries. This took the form of new CTAs, titles, imagery and re-ordering content and we’re pleased to say this approach paid dividends during the campaign doubling enquires.
