Kinderly | Social Media Management
Kinderly | Social Media Management
The Brief:
Kinderly supports early years professionals and settings to give the children in their care a great start through apps Kinderly Together and Kinderly Learn. With a great ambition to make a positive impact in the early years community, Kinderly wanted to bring their existing social media channels to the next level, with the need for a cohesive social media strategy and social identity consolidation.
The Approach:
Firstly, we audited Kinderly’s social media channels, identifying opportunities for improvements and creating a list of immediate and longer-term actions. We then worked closely together to understand their market, their audiences and put together a project plan where every month there was a clear summary of outputs we’d achieve and how we’d engage with the early years community. This also included actioning the improvements we suggested in our audit.
As part of our ongoing social media management strategy for Kinderly, we design and create weekly social media posts across Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn that are visually in tune with their brand guidelines and tone of voice, boosting engagement across the different platforms and ensuring our communications are benefit-led. This allows users to understand how they’d benefit from using Kinderly’s platforms, driving quality traffic to their website and generating leads.
Apart from supporting them with overall marketing strategy and a bespoke content strategy, we also support Kinderly with their social media conversations and exposure through the events they attend (Childcare Expo) ensuring there’s consistency in their messaging, look and feel and overall communications.
Since we’ve started managing Kinderly’s social media accounts we’ve seen:
- An increase of 286% in Twitter impressions
- An increase of 20% in Facebook page likes
- An increase of 141% in LinkedIn engagement
