The Brief:

We had the pleasure of working with the team at  Supplies Web to re-brand their corporate image and next on the list was reviewing their comms, including their social media. The brief was clear, they needed:

  • Social media audit to understand what had worked and what wasn’t working any more
  • A new social media identity that suited the new brand
  • A strategy that was part of the overall business’ marketing strategy and supported the business objectives and goals
  • Clear reporting

The Approach:

Social media audit
Before we started working on Supplies Web’s social media accounts we reviewed all of their platforms and came up with a list of improvements and tactics to follow. After a few tests, we decided to focus our B2B comms on LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram.

A new social media identity
Rebranding Supplies Web’s corporate image brought up new creative opportunities to communicate their USPs, sustainability activities and team updates. Below you can see some Instagram posts before our work (left) using the old branding and on the right, the new, improved social media comms.  The idea was to elevate their posts to a more corporate look and feel and follow a strategy when it comes to what to post and when.
