The Brief

The Language Guru were in the process of expanding to new B2B markets and wanted our help to consolidate their social media identity and create a strategy that would promote the different services of the business.

The Approach

Social Media Audit
We firstly reviewed The Language Guru’s overall online presence (website, Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn) and suggested different options that could make a difference, creating a list of improvements to be carried out.


Social Media Identity Creation

With our branding and design expertise, we were able to advise on the style of the communications, look and feel of content, overall online brand personality and channels to focus on. We wanted to tap into the inspirational side of languages, using travel images that would give an aspirational touch to their identity:

We also put together a social media strategy that combined the promotion of services, fun facts about the different languages they specialise in and other promotional messages. The goal was to generate brand awareness and traffic to the website, hoping to spark an interest in The Language Guru’s courses and newly added services.

As part of our management time, we designed, created content and managed their community, generating engagement and answering customer questions.
