During a meeting in the heart of Brighton city centre, we met with one of our favourite clients To Tuscany. During the meeting we discussed a multitude of exciting new projects this then took us to the To Tuscany ‘Contact us’ page. As a central point of customer contact we advised the team that a new page with a simple form for client queries, could vastly improve the conversion rate of the page.After a few short minutes we were up at the white board (our favourite place) sketching out layouts and proposing new functionality!
After we agreed on the success metrics of the build and what we were looking to achieve it was time to get started.
As the premise of the page re-build was based on very poor usage data and generally poor design ethics, we got straight to work building wireframes. As with every project we sought to test new functionality with continued prototypes & user testing. The contact us page was no different.
After two rounds of design and further development, we saw the contact us page launch in early January 2017. Since launch enquires through the page have increased by 25% and feedback from customers new & old has been very positive.

I had the pleasure of working on a variety of web development projects with Grant and found his ability to get to the route of the problem invaluable.
