To Tuscany are an award winning Tuscany Villa rental company based right in the heart of the Chianti region – no doubt for the views & great wine!
We have been lucky enough to work with the team at To Tuscany since 2014, so we have a great insight into the opportunities present. It was during one of our monthly meetings that we discussed the idea of a homepage re-design, after reviewing the website analytics & seeing a drop in engagement.
After reviewing the current data and highlighting the requirements of the brief we set to work – first working through a stage of wireframes. Because of past discussions we were able to move swiftly with the brief making alterations alongside the client, gaining momentum into the final stages of design.
During design our focus on the key USPs of the business and the beautiful imagery of their villa range made it was very easy to make vast improvements quickly.
However it was coming to the navigation where perhaps we saw immediate gains from the user during testing. Prior to our updates the user had limited direction through the website, causing increased calls & live chat sessions.
Because of this it was clear how we could improve usability, adding in a simple site-wide navigation & search has seen the website take a positive step forward. We are continuing to make iterations to optimise even still following more data being available.
Since launch we have seen improved engagement, more visits to pages with contact details, specific villa searches & visits to booking pages have increased. Showing the homepage really is the gateway to your website.

I worked with Grant and the team for the launching of my rebranded company. They were brilliant from start to finish, the website design was incredible and I was taken through it step by step with so much patience and care, so I could go on to make changes and manage it myself. I came in for some training on social media marketing with the team which was invaluable, I learnt how I wanted my ‘brand voice’ to sound through fun exercises and was given so many tips on SEO & Social Media, it was more than I’d hoped for. They have always been on the end of my panic emails & answer quickly and effectively, have even responded to my urgent ‘HELP ME!’ messages at the weekend. The fact that they have such a great ethical policy as well just put the cherry on the top really & I would never go elsewhere for anything to do with the marketing or design of my company.
We have worked with Creative Blend for over 9 months now and during this time we have enjoyed great communication with friendly advice. This was a key feature throughout the build of our new website, which kept us informed and helped us make key decisions at each stage.
