We offer ongoing digital support, both to existing clients following a project, as well as those that want the peace of mind of having an expert on board each month.
This retainer option came about to help clients spread the cost of projects over a longer period. Allowing you to allocate the same budget each month and work through a list of tasks. We work with you to create a to-do list, set timelines and a priority order.
Another thing clients like is the flexibility to dial up the retainer as and when you want to get a larger job done, for example, when St Catherine’s hospice needed a micro-site to help to fundraise or to launch an event.
The retainer can cover any one of our 22 services including:

Setting a retainer also delivers a discount on our project rate – allowing you to get more done for your money. As an ethical agency, we are completely transparent using a tool called Trello so you can see how long each task is planned to take. You are only ever invoiced for the time used.
